• All research related expenses are covered by faculty grants and/or through various sources in the Earth Sciences Department.

• Summer stipends (salaries) for undergraduate researchers are available through SCEC and the "Yosemite Two Miles High" Team Research program . The size of stipends varies from year-to-year and depends on the research project.

• The Department of Earth Sciences, through its Earth Science Research Apprenticeship Program, ESRAP, provides undergraduate student stipends for Earth Science majors.

• The Department of Earth Sciences also provides limited travel funds for Earth Science students presenting their research at professional meetings and for participation in summer field work.

• Provost undergraduate research summer fellowships - (deadline April 13th)
